Deye ESS’s new MS-G230(HV) model sets a new standard for safe, high-performance commercial energy storage. Utilizing robust LFP lithium ion solar batteries chemistry, this system provides 230kWh of energy capacity with 100kW of continuous power output.

At the core of the MS-G230(HV) sits deye ESS’s proprietary battery management system (BMS) which actively monitors cell conditions to prevent thermal runaway and damage. The system enclosure has an IP55 rating for dust and moisture protection, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to 45°C. Multiple certifications including UN38.3, IEC62619, and IEC61000 validate the product’s safety and reliability. Additionally, the MS-G230(HV) uniquely utilizes an aerosol fire suppression system for enhanced safety. The non-toxic suppression agent rapidly extinguishes fires without damaging equipment.

The MS-G230(HV) utilizes high energy density lithium ion solar batteries modules configured for 700-935V DC operation. With advanced cooling and thermal management, the system maintains high round-trip efficiencies of up to 88%. The integrated power conversion system (PCS) provides 100kW of continuous AC output at 380/400V, 50/60Hz with active power factor correction. For off-grid applications, the PCS can provide 110% of rated power to handle temporary peak loads. The system also supports adding additional power generation or charging sources via modular MPPT and charging inputs.

Deye’s proprietary BMS actively balances cells and provides predictive analytics to optimize performance and life. Configurable SOC thresholds prevent over-charging/discharging while advanced diagnostics monitor insulation resistance and cell voltages. The BMS seamlessly integrates with our Energy Management System (EMS) to coordinate operations with PV, generators, and grid power. With black start capability, the MS-G230(HV) can power auxiliary loads to restart generators after an outage.
